Kale chips

I've been hearing and reading about kale chips. Marvin saw a show in The Chew and they did kale chips, so he asked me to get some kale next time I went to the store.

Truthfully I had no idea how kale looks. So I checked the produce section and read the names of vegetables I wasn't so familiar with, until I found the curly kale.

After reading several recipes, really they are very easy to make, I made some today. This is the recipe I used:

I made some pork chops to go with the kale chips. They were nice and crunchy, very crispy. Maybe I won't put so much salt next time :)
