Easy Money

Today I worked as a substitute teacher in Kindergarten, for my friend Norma.

This is how it worked out:

8:15 AM   - Pick up the chilkdren in the playground, 32 of them, 3 were absent.
8:30-9:00          - Take roll, say Pledge of Allegiance, do the Calendar, read a book.
9:00          - Take children to Art class and leave them with the art teacher. Kindergarten Teachers are having a collaboration Friday.

9:00-10:30 - Going to other classes to visit with teachers and saying hi to my old students. Drink a Pepsi. Go check on the collaboration and talk to Principal.

10:30-11:00- Children go to Recess

11:15 - Take children to Cafeteria for lunch
11:15-12:00 - Go to Mexican Restaurant with Jennifer for lunch.

12:00-1:00 - Pick up children in playground. Take to room. Do Math (write numbers1-20, and 2 addition pages). When finished they play with manipulatives.

1:00-1:30 - Snacks and recess
1:30-2:15 - Music and singing with Jennifer's class.
2:15 back in classroom, get coats, and stuff, get ready to go home.
2:30 - Take children to playground to be picked up by their parents.

2:35 - Going home!
